A travel and hospitality photographer Dennis' architecture and interior photographs are widely published in the international press. Dennis Anderson's fine art photography is in the permanent collection of both the NY and SF Museum of Modern Art.

Dennis has just returned from China and most recently Brazil after photographing hotels for Islands Publishing and Starwood.
Conservation issues are a concern and Dennis spent considerable time in the Caribbean doing under- water photography and writing for Oceans Magazine, his work appearing under the title"Conservation in Grand Cayman - One Island's Chance to Make it Work".
Native of New Jersey, Dennis studied photography at Antioch College where he received his BA in Art. He worked for the Polaroid Corp, the LaJolla Museum of Art, and later studied with Imogene Cunningham at the San Francisco Art Institute.
Dennis has made his living in photography for 3 decades, has traveled to Asia to publish books on oriental carpets and Sung Dynasty porcelain. He photo - illustrated Fred Rohe's "The Zen of Running". which subsequently sold over 65,000 copies
He has shot extensive theater photography for the American Conservatory Theater (ACT), the SF Opera and the SF Ballet. He was commissioned to photograph for the visitof Pope John Paul II to Northern CA
Dennis is a major photographic contributor to Randy Whithead's successful series of books on the art of lighting and design.
